We offer a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities, including our Burrows Babies, Tots, Minis, Juniors, Inters, Seniors, competition teams, specialist training classes and our inclusive "No Limits" & "Limitless" SEND Dance Programme.
Whether your child is dancing for fun, fitness, friendship or dreams of competing on stage, there is a place for them within our dance family. Our classes focus on developing technique, performance skills, confidence, teamwork and discipline, while ensuring every dancer feels valued and supported.
We are proud to provide opportunities for performances, competitions, workshops and personal development, helping our students grow both as dancers and as individuals.

BURROWS BABIES
Our Burrows Babies class is specially designed for little ones up to the age of 3, providing a fun, safe, and nurturing introduction to the world of dance. Through music, movement, imagination, and play, our youngest dancers begin to develop confidence, coordination, social skills, and a love for being active. Every child is encouraged to learn at their own pace in a welcoming environment where smiles, laughter, and creativity are at the heart of every session. More than just a dance class, Burrows Babies is the first step in a magical journey, creating precious memories while building the foundations for a bright future both in and out of the dance studio.
Tots is a fun and exciting class for children aged 3–4 years who are ready to take their dancing to the next level. Designed to build confidence, coordination and performance skills, this class introduces dancers to more structured training while keeping lessons engaging, imaginative and full of fun. As part of our competition pathway, Tots dancers have the opportunity to perform on stage, compete as a team and experience the excitement of dance competitions in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether your child is new to dance or progressing from one of our younger classes, Tots is the perfect place to develop friendships, learn new skills and begin their journey as a confident performer.
TOTS COMPETITION TEAM
MINIS COMPETITION TEAM
Minis is an exciting class for dancers aged 5–6 years who are ready to grow in confidence, develop their skills and become part of a dedicated team. As part of our competition programme, Minis dancers learn exciting routines, perform on stage and experience the thrill of competing in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment. Classes focus on building strong dance foundations, musicality, teamwork and performance quality, while helping every child develop confidence, discipline and a love for dance. With plenty of opportunities to make friends, create lasting memories and celebrate achievements together, Minis is where young dancers truly begin to shine.
Juniors is our thriving competition class for dancers aged 7–9 years who are ready to challenge themselves, build strong technique and develop as confident performers. Dancers work on exciting routines, performance skills and teamwork while enjoying the experience of competing and representing Burrows School of Dance on stage. This age group is a fantastic time for children to grow in confidence, form lasting friendships and learn the value of commitment, determination and hard work. With a supportive team environment and plenty of opportunities to shine, our Juniors continue to develop their passion for dance while creating memories that will last a lifetime.
JUNIOR COMPETITION TEAM
INTERMEDIATE COMPETITION TEAM
Intermediates is our competition class for dancers aged 10–12 years who are passionate about developing their skills and taking their training to the next level. This class focuses on improving technique, performance quality, confidence and versatility while preparing dancers for competitions, performances and exciting opportunities throughout the year. As dancers grow, they learn the importance of dedication, teamwork and supporting one another, creating strong friendships both on and off the stage. Our Intermediates team is a hardworking, ambitious and encouraging group where every dancer is challenged to reach their full potential while enjoying every step of their dance journey.
SENIOR COMPETITION TEAM
Seniors is our competition class for dancers aged 13+ who are committed, passionate and ready to push themselves both technically and creatively. This class focuses on developing strong technique, performance quality, versatility and stage presence while preparing dancers for competitions, performances and future opportunities within the dance industry. Our Seniors are role models within the school, demonstrating dedication, teamwork and leadership while supporting younger dancers on their own journeys. Through hard work, determination and a shared love of dance, our Senior team continues to achieve incredible things, creating lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories and experiences that will stay with them long after they leave the stage
NO LIMITS
No Limits is our inclusive SEND dance programme for children and young people aged 3–16 years, created to provide a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where every dancer can thrive. Designed for those with additional needs, our classes focus on building confidence, encouraging self-expression and developing social skills through the joy of dance. We celebrate every achievement, no matter how big or small, and adapt our teaching to ensure every child feels valued, included and successful. No Limits is more than just a dance class – it's a place where friendships are formed, confidence grows and every dancer is given the opportunity to shine in their own unique way. No Limits – because every child deserves the chance to dance.
LIMITLESS
Limitless is our inclusive adult SEND dance class, created for individuals aged 17+ who want to enjoy the benefits of dance in a supportive, welcoming and judgment-free environment. Whether you're looking to build confidence, make new friends, improve wellbeing or simply have fun, Limitless provides a space where everyone can express themselves through movement. Classes are adapted to meet individual needs, celebrating every achievement and ensuring every participant feels valued, included and successful. At Limitless, there are no barriers, no expectations and no limits—just the freedom to dance, grow and shine at your own pace. Limitless – Dance Without Boundaries.
